Withdrawal and Return Policy

Under Articles 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a written request to:

The request must include:

Order number
Customer's full name
The item(s) for which the withdrawal is requested

Product Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request and must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and complete with any accessories received.

The return address will be provided after the customer contacts us and the return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request.

Silviage reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between both parties.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Silviage, and the customer may choose between a replacement (where available), repair (where possible), or a full refund.

Vintage Items Disclaimer

Please note that all products sold by Silviage are vintage or archival pieces. Minor signs of age or wear that are consistent with the item's age are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness and character of vintage garments. Any significant imperfections will always be disclosed in the product description.

Sizing

Detailed measurements are provided for every item. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements carefully before purchasing.

Returns based solely on sizing issues will only be accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and where the item differs materially from the description provided.
